MR. TOSHIAKI ITO
Mr. Ito joined IBJ Leasing Co., Ltd. (now Mizuho Leasing Co., Ltd.) in April 1990. He has been part of the Group for over 30 years and has held various assignments in Japan and Overseas for the Mizuho Leasing Group. He is currently deputed to Rent Alpha Group, India as Director and Chairman.
MR. HIDEKI TAKEMOTO
Mr. Takemoto joined Mizuho Group in April 1989. He has been part of the Group for over 30 years and has held various assignments across Mizuho Bank and Mizuho Leasing, in Japan, India, Singapore and Indonesia spanning across International Business, Risk Management and Internal Audit departments. He is currently deputed to Rent Alpha Group, India as Director and Deputy CEO.
MR. MITSUHIRO SAKAMOTO
Mr. Sakamoto joined Mizuho Group in April 1991. He has been part of the Group for over 30 years and has held various assignments across Mizuho Bank and Mizuho Leasing, in Japan, USA, and South East Asia spanning across Corporate Banking, Project Management, International Business and Trade etc. He is Senior General Manager at the International Business Administration Department of Mizuho Leasing and also designated as Director at Rent Alpha Group, India.
MR. TSUYOSHI GOTO
Mr. Tsuyoshi Goto is a senior Banking and Finance professional with over 35 years of experience in corporate banking, international business and financial services. He is associated with Mizuho Leasing Company, Limited since April 2023 and currently serving as Senior General Manager, International Planning and Coordination Department. Prior to joining Mizuho Leasing, he held various leadership positions at Mizuho Bank, Ltd., including Senior General Manager of the Nagoya Corporate Banking Department and General Manager of the Paris Branch. He has extensive experience in international banking operations and corporate finance. Mr. Goto holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Hitotsubashi University, Japan.
MS. TOMOKO TAKE
Ms. Tomoko Take is an experienced Financial Services and corporate strategy professional with over 30 years of expertise in international business, sustainability, corporate communications and consumer banking. She is associated with Mizuho Leasing Company, Limited since July 2019 and currently serving as Senior Joint General Manager, International Planning and Coordination Department. She has held several senior leadership roles at Mizuho Leasing Company, Limited including Head of Financial Planning, Corporate Communications and Sustainability Management. She also served as Head of Core Products at Visa Worldwide Japan and held key executive positions at Citibank and Mitsui Sumitomo Trust Club Co., Ltd. in areas such as finance, operations and consumer business management. Ms. Take holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Marketing from Kellogg School of Management, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Japan.
MR. JINESH JAIN
Mr. Jinesh founded Rent Alpha Pvt. Ltd. in March, 2014. He has overall experience of over 25 years with over 20 years in the Equipment leasing Industry. Prior to Capsave Finance, he was Head of Business Development at Rent Works India Pvt Ltd from 2002 to 2014. He along with his team had originated over USD 1.5 billion of Equipment leases. He has vast experience in originating and structuring leases, raising non recourse facilities through sale of receivables with banks & NBFCs. Prior to 2002, he had worked in Institutional sales at Hewlett Packard India.
MR. PRAVEEN CHAUHAN
Mr. Praveen has over 25 years experience in large account management, residuary risk management and sales & marketing of various solutions across major industry segments in India. He has over 20 years experience in equipment leasing industry. Prior to Capsave Finance he was Head of account management at RentWorks India Pvt Ltd from 2002 to 2017. Prior to 2002, he had worked in Xerox Corporation and HCL technologies. Praveen is responsible for driving sales in large accounts, residuary risk management and asset lifecycle management for the company.
Mr. RAVI BULCHANDANI
Independent Director
Mr. Ravi Bulchandani has had wide ranging and senior leadership roles as a Managing Director in the world's leading investment banks. He has had leadership roles in research, asset management and asset allocation, M&A and wealth management. As a highly trained economist he led successful efforts in Global Asset Allocation and Macro Strategy at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Ravi moved into UHNW private client coverage at J.P. Morgan in 2012 and as a senior industry figure he is regularly sought out by his clients and contacts for advice on a very wide range of financial matters. He is very well versed in industry dynamics and structure, and the continuing impact of regulatory change on the financial services industry. He serves as a Visiting Lecturer in Wealth Management and Alternative Investments in the MSc programme at Imperial College Business School, a Governor at The Doon School in India, and an active member of the Cambridge, LSE and Stanford Alumni communities. He is particularly interested in the Private Equity, technology and property sectors and retains his abiding passion for market and economic analysis.
